Whether you are completely new or looking for something more advanced, we have something to meet your needs, whatever your age or fitness.

About Pilates for Living
Pilates for Living was set up by Katie Davis in 2016 to provide specialist physiotherapy led Pilates to Coventry. Having initially started with a single class, the business now runs multiple classes across two locations with support of highly experienced team. Zoom based classes are also available for those who prefer to exercise from home, or are less mobile.
