In-person Classes
When do in-person classes run?
In-person classes run every Tuesday and Thursday and are limited in size so Pilates instructors can provide one-to-one tuition and help through each session.
Classes run in 6 or 7 week blocks but you can start at any time with a taster session.

There is plenty of free parking at the centre.
Earlsdon Methodist Church Community Hall, Earlsdon Ave South, Coventry CV5 6DN
The Community Hall is upstairs in the building next to the church.
Parking is available around the church hall or in nearby roads (check road signs for any restrictions).
How much do classes cost?
In person classes are £9:50 per class. After your first class these are booked in blocks of 6-8 weeks to fit the school term.
If you are not able to attend one week then you are welcome to join the Zoom Pilates that week instead or we can often send you the recording.
Online classes are £7 per class. After your first class these are booked in blocks of 6-8 weeks.

What to bring?
You will need to bring your own exercise mat and a towel to use as a head support. All other equipment will be provided.
Pilates Instructors
All of our classes are run by Chartered Physiotherapists and experienced Pilates instructors. Each class is led by the same instructor each week so they can learn what levels suit you. To find out more about our instructors, please visit our ‘Meet our Team’ page.
